Refund Policy

• This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Stacked platform provided by Stacked Retail Technologies, LLC and sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

30-day money-back guarantee

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Stacked, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, for any reason.

How to request a refund

• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the Stacked app and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription settings inside Stacked, or through Paddle, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current period.
• For renewal charges (after the initial 30-day guarantee), we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including for accidental renewals reported promptly.

Add-ons and one-time charges

• Add-ons (such as the Charts & Inventory Integration) follow the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date the add-on is first purchased.

Chargebacks and abuse

• Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — in most cases we can resolve issues faster directly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where the Service has been misused or where chargebacks are filed without first attempting to resolve the issue.
